How to Join

1. Present your card and surrender your original charge slip at participating partner stores:

2. For the charge slip to be valid
• Original customer’s copy and electronically authorized
• Name and card number on the charge slip must be the same as the name and card number on the credit card being presented. It must also be written at the back of all charge slips submitted
• Transaction date must be within the promo period
• Transaction must be within the required amount
3. Only one (1) redemption per qualified charge slip is allowed
4. For multiple slips generated from the same store within the same day,only one qualified charge slip will be accepted for redemption even if you have more than one qualified BDO card
5. You will only be allowed a maximum of five (5) redemptions per partner store per day even if you have more than one qualified BDO card
6. Treats are not convertible to cash and not for resale
7. Promo cannot be availed with other ongoing promotions and offers of BDO and its promo partners
